Exercise Sessions Continuing into January 2019Exercise Sessions at the Kingsley Lake Civic Center are growing in attendance and camaraderie. If you want an opportunity to socialize with your friends and neighbors and move some muscles that may not have seen action in awhile, come on over to the Kingsley Lake Civic Center each Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00pm for 45-55 minutes of chair yoga or similar. These sessions are low impact and good for everyone. Its free. . . . its fun . . .its movement. . .its a chance to laugh and mingle with your neighbors. No special clothes, mats or paraphernalia needed, unless you have a 2-4 lb weight. . . and, a bottle of water or large can can be substituted for a weight. All that is required is your signature on a liability waiver (provided at check-in), then youre ready to start.

December 15th Womens Breakfast, Saturday at 9:00am at the Civic Center is attracting a growing group of fun of women these days. Come join us every third Saturday of the month!
Back in November chefs Carol Dimmick Sundberg and Chris Scott made a delicious feast; and the coffee was hot. Neighbor Ronnie Hipps shared her current project; an alphabet calendar she has designed to help children learn to read. A good time was had by all, and Carol remembered to take some pictures.
January 5th, 9:00am The Mens Community Breakfast at the Civic Center. The Kingsley Mens Breakfast is on the first Saturday of each month, a tradition thats becoming more popular each month. Please come join this low key gathering and get to know your neighbors up close and personal.

Sixth Annual Kingsley Kids Reunion June 2016 included kids from the Class of '55 (Townsend Strickland) to the Class of '94 (Heather Norton) and weve added more photos on the TALK page.

A previous Kingsley Kids Reunion, was held on June 20. 2015. We invited everyone who grew up at Kingsley Lake to join us for our 5th annual reunion, and we held a very successful event this year. Our only agenda was to get together and catch up with those we havent seen since our school days, and to get a group photo. There was no charge and we provided refreshments and appetizers. If you want be on the list for next year, contact Joey Callan, Sr. Thanks to everyone who came and helped make this a fun and worthwhile event.
